After construction, our in-house management team cares for these properties and provides best-in-class service.
EXPERIENCE
We started our company to rebuild communities that were historically underserved. We focus on high quality multi-family housing. Our construction teams can rehabilitate vintage buildings, or do ground-up construction. And our management team leases these buildings and manages them post-stabilization. Since 2012, we have created hundreds of new apartments, and we continue to manage them for families in our region.
